Since 2020 our mobilization team has been working to mobilize the 21 Spanish speaking countries in the world to the 10/40 window by working with a network called Coalicion21 (Coalition21).

We saw the incredible opportunity and direct confirmation from God to take part in this collaboration to awaken, develop, and deploy Spanish speaking churches to unreached people groups. Since Launch Global has this same heartbeat, mission, and vision, we decided to contribute to the Spanish speaking sending pipeline to train churches at a local level and help create a sending process. God confirmed that NOW IS THE TIME as we began to hear stories from our Spanish speaking brothers and sisters that God has been stirring the nations in their hearts to GO and make disciples amongst the unreached.

Statistics show there is an average of 100 individuals who attend every Spanish speaking church. If this is true, then it prompts the question, “What would happen if 1 out of every 100 individuals in Spanish speaking churches was sent as a missionary to the unreached nations?”. We believe if the Spanish speaking church was sending according to its maximum potential, the missionary force would be at least 8 times the size of what it currently represents.

God has reminded us that it takes a whole army of people with different strengths and giftings to mobilize the Spanish speaking church. Working with this network feels like a family championing one another to complete the task of reaching the unreached with the Gospel. We get to learn from other ministries and we also get to hear the incredible stories of what God is doing all over the world through Spanish speaking believers.

[By 2026, the vision is to see a church from every single Spanish speaking nation (21 countries) start implementing the pipeline (process) of awakening, equipping and sending laborers to the unreached people groups. ]

P Dong is an illiterate pig farmer in a remote, mountainous province in northern Thailand. P Dong has worked in this profession his whole life. Many farmers in this area of Thailand raise and sell pigs for a living, so when news started to circulate in January 2022 about the African Swine Fever being in Thailand, all of the pig farmers in his province began to worry what would happen. African Swine Fever is a highly contagious viral disease of pigs, typically resulting in high mortality rates for the pigs infected. This was a big concern for all of the pig farmers.

When P Dong heard the news, he was concerned, but rather than giving into worry and fear, he started praying that Jesus would protect his pigs from contracting the swine fever. Unlike the majority of his neighbors, P Dong was a Christian. He knew God has authority over all things and that he had power to give protection to his pigs, his livelihood.

When this highly contagious African Swine Fever did show up in P Dong’s province, all of the pigs in his village died. All of them except P Dong’s pigs. Miraculously P Dong didn’t have a single loss on his pig farm. All of his neighbors and other pig farmers were amazed that P Dong’s pigs didn’t die. P Dong was able to use this answer to prayer to share with his friends and neighbors about Jesus, who cares even about pigs, and protected them from this disease.

Not only did God save P Dong’s livelihood by protecting his pigs, because of the African Swine Fever sweeping through Thailand, the price of pork rose significantly, meaning he was able to sell pigs for more than he ever has before. God provided for him abundantly. P Dong was amazed at this life changing answer to prayer. This experience filled him with an increased faith and joy in Jesus.

When: 2022
Summary: During swine fever outbreak, P Dong’s pigs lived while rest of village pigs died

Sam is a man that less than a year ago was incredibly addicted to alcohol. His body was being destroyed by his addiction and he said he felt like he would eventually die from it. He would play loud music day and night from his house and generally was a bad husband and member of his local community. Some believers from a church about 15 kilometers away started coming to his village and praying for him. His wife came to faith and she began begging the Lord to change her husband. On the very last time the church had planned to go and evangelize in his village Sam decided to follow Jesus and was freed from his addiction. They were the first believers in their village. Since then, another man in his late 70s noticed the change in his neighbor’s life and decided to follow Jesus too. His wife experienced physical healing through the prayers of the believers and has also come to faith. Now, there are 4-5 families who have come to faith in this village and in general there are many others interested. They are preparing to start a church in this village in the future. Sam is being actively developed as a leader. Praise God for still doing the simple, miraculous things–rescuing people, restoring families, giving hope and changing communities. Praise the Lord!

When: 2023
Summary: A man experienced freedom from addiction which led to his neighbor seeing a difference in his life and also coming to faith along with others in the village

When: 2024
Summary: Being Barnabas to Pastor Pat* — a visionary pastor and leader who has a passion for seeing all people in Thailand come to know and worship Jesus.
Pastor Pat’s current vision is to see 100 churches planted by 2030, and there are currently 14 daughter churches already planted in his network.

Our team has been connected to Pat since the fall of 2020 when one of our teammates moved from Central to North Thailand to begin pioneering the work of mobilization in the North. During this time, a number of our teammates were stuck in the US while the Thai borders were closed due to Covid. This teammate began networking and making connections with believers and pastors in North Thailand by starting with relationships that the Lord had given our team during our five years of ministry in Central Thailand previously. One of the first people she was introduced to was Pat.

It didn’t take long for her to realize that Pat is exactly the kind of person that we want to partner alongside. Pat loves Jesus deeply and is humble, kind, and caring. He is a gifted evangelist and teacher. He has a really clear apostolic vision to see churches started in every village spanning from the main city back to his hometown in a nearby province. He also cares well for people and shepherds the members of his church and basically, any believer he comes in contact with 🙂 He has led at least 40 people to faith in the past year and is eager to see new believers empowered to share their faith. He is vision-driven and is challenging the leaders of the 14 daughter churches to plant multiplying house churches in their areas.

Over the past four years, our team has had the honor and privilege of getting to know, encourage, and come alongside Pat as the Lord is leading him and giving him a clear vision and direction for the future. We share in the heartbeat of his vision, and he is receptive to our input, so as a result, we can invest more deeply with him. In coaching meetings with Pat, we help him think critically about how his vision could become a reality, brainstorm strategy ideas, and help him decide on practical steps he can make going forward. In 2024, our team has plans to train each of the leaders of the 14 daughter churches and a group of key leaders that Pat is raising up. We will train them in simple methods for planting reproducible house churches that can multiply. We are praying for each of these daughter churches to begin to multiply to the 1st and 2nd generations and beyond.

At the end of each sermon on Sundays, Pat reviews the church network’s goal for 2030 and the strategy behind it, “disciples making disciples, churches planting churches, and leaders developing leaders”. Please join us in praying that there will be a hundred churches planted and more by 2030.
